If you find that your limits are not working properly there may be a couple of things you will need to check.
First: Make sure your time zone settings are correct – Go To Settings – Time Settings and make sure that your time zone is set correctly. Failing to do so will cause limits associated with your time management settings to turn on and off at the incorrect times which will appear as though your settings are not working properly.
Second: Make sure that the device you are trying to limit is connected to your network. You should see a green dot next to the device you are trying to apply limits to when it is online and connected. If the user has their device but it is showing “red” or “offline” on your portal then you will need to check and make sure that they are not connected to a different WiFi connection or mobile network. You will also want to make sure that you have the device properly identified on your account.
